Your doctor will determine the exact dose of COREG CR that is right for you. Your doctor might begin with a low dose and then slowly increase it.
It is important to take COREG CR exactly as prescribed. You should take your medicine every day, even if you feel fine. Do not stop taking COREG CR without talking to your doctor first.
* The studies showing heart benefits were done with Coreg® (carvedilol). COREG CR contains the same active ingredient as COREG.
